As a former chef, restaurateur, hotel owner, culinary consultant, director of supply chain for regional and national brands, I am using my experience to highlight others in the hospitality industry. I write for food and travel publications and call coastal South Carolina home when I’m not traveling with my husband and Siberian husky in our motorhome.
I am excited for this chapter of my life.
Life takes you down unexpected pathways. I previously believed I needed everything planned and left little room for the unknown. I have learned to truly enjoy all that life wants to bestow—one must leave space. I’ve had a wide array of diverse experiences and faced many tragic and turbulent situations along the way, but the journey and the time in-between is worth every breath.
